For International inquiries for Lithium Products please note that all lithium batteries are now classified as dangerous goods. They can't be carried by air. Australia Post can't accept lithium batteries or devices containing them for mailing overseas or for domestic air carriage. These can only be transported within Australia by road transport.

1.1  Australian Rural Locations:

As the rate can be varied in rural places, an extra fee might be applied to the non-metropolitan areas above the base rate. Our staff will contact you for the correct freight before dispatch. Or if you are not sure what is the exact cost for the freight please contact us. 

2.0 Delivery

Orders that are under 22kg & under 1m in length & under 0.25 cubic meter within Australia will be sent via Australia Post eParcel or Startrack. Orders that are over 22kg & over 1m in length within Australia will be sent via our nominated freight company. All deliveries can be tracked at all times via their online tracking systems. We will email you and send you a text message with the Courier details & tracking information.

Please Note: If one of your item's weight is 25kgs or above, you will need to provide assistance with unloading. If assistance is not available, you will need to book a truck with a Hydraulic Tailgate for the receiving addresses. Click to add a Hydraulic Tailgate Service.

Please note: Overnight Shipping only applies to non-free-shipping products. C&L will choose a shipping method for Free Shipping products. Dangerous goods (e.g. Lithium Batteries) CAN NOT send with overnight shipping.

C & L Tool Centre does not include Shipping insurance as part of any goods purchased, this will need to be added separately on Checkout Page to protect your goods from loss or damage while in transit.

By choosing not to insure your package you understand that C & L Tool Centre is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package or its contents incurred during shipping.

Some remote areas and islands may have different Delivery Insurance Rates, please contact us at web@cltoolcentre.com.au or 07-33261555 to purchase insurance.

2.3 Courier Deliveries

• Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses.
• Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver.
• If you select Express Delivery, it means to allow our courier partner to leave the parcel if no one is at the address and there is somewhere safe to leave it.
• For Express Delivery, parcels under 500g will be sent with Auspost Express. And parcels over 500g will be sent with Startrack FPP.
• PO BOX is not allowed for Express Delivery. Please contact us to find a solution for you.
• Please ensure we are aware of any special delivery requirements.
• Large items ( goods over 22Kg ) May require a Forklift unload or someone available at the time of delivery to assist with unloading large items. A Business address is preferred for large item delivery. If a forklift is unavailable for Heavy item delivery a Tailgate unload can be arranged with the carrier prior to shipping, however, a $75 fee applies to all Tailgate unload deliveries. Please contact our sales team if a Tailgate unload is required.
• Re-Delivery Charges are not accepted by C&L Tool Centre. If you are not available at the time of delivery and request re-delivery from the carrier all charges will be the responsibility of the receiver.
• Please ensure all orders are addressed to premises that are maned between the hours of 9-5 pm, and if no-one is available please Give Authority to leave Package in a safe place at the delivery address. This Authority can be selected at the checkout page.

3.0 In-store Pickup (Click & Collect)

You can pick up your order from our C&L Mega Store at no additional cost. 
Once your order has been placed with the “Pickup from store” option, we will contact you to let you know when your order will be available for pickup. 
You'll need to bring your Driver Licence or other government-issued photo ID to the store. The store may take a copy of your photo ID, this is to help prevent credit card fraud and will be kept temporarily. It will be destroyed after a short period.

4.0 Free shipping

4.1 Free Shipping For Orders Over $99 (Conditions applied)

C&L Tool Centre now offers free delivery for orders over $99 on a single transaction depending on shipping weight and Destination Zone. Please see the table below for details.

The total weight of the order must be below 20KG and the dimensions of the package have a maximum length of 1m and package volume of 0.25m³.  Over $99 Free Shipping Offer excludes Clearance items. 

Items that exceed the above weights and dimensions or do not meet the requirements in Table 1 may incur a freight charge and we will contact you prior to the dispatch to advise and confirm any freight charges.

This offer is valid for a limited time and C&L Tool Centre reserves the right to remove the offer without notice.

5.0 Damaged Goods

Please verify that your goods have been shipped correctly without damage when receiving stock.

Returned goods will not be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for by the customer with the shipping company at the time of delivery.

6.0 Dangerous Goods

• According to the Australian Postage Regulation, some Lithium Battery exceeds the limit of 96 watt-hours (e.g. 18V 6.0Ah Battery is 18 x 6 = 108 Watt-hours), and gas are classified as Dangerous Goods. It has Dangerous Goods charges beyond the freight. Please contact us to find out about the extra postage. 
• All dangerous goods are prohibited by the Airfreight, it will go on road transport only. 
• Dangerous goods, oversize items, and overweight items are NOT eligible for the Free Shipping Promotion. Extra postage will be applied to those products.

7.0 Supplier Direct Shipping

• Please note that Supplier Direct Shipping is only for commercial addresses, please contact us if you are at a residential address otherwise a surcharge will be applied.
