Bought a kreg rip cut circular saw fence online from c&l. The fence arrived in the mail promptly but inside the packaging the item was missing a small but integral part. Upon phoning them I received excellent customer service and they rectified the situation immediately, even though it was the manufacturer's fault. I'll be using c&l again as a result.
